Apartment Ozana

The house has two apartments. Apartment 1 on the first floor has two bedrooms, a big living room and a very nice big kitchen.
Apartment 2 on the 2. floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a smaller living room and kitchen.

Both apartments have an unusually big front terrace with a fantastic view of the sea. The terraces are shadowed in the afternoon.

At the back of the house there is an outdoor kitchen with a big grill and a terrace with garden furniture. 

In front of the house, there is parking where your car can be in the shadow from the sun.

The sea and harbor are 50 meters from the house and distance to the beach is 350 meters.

Apartment Ozana-1 on the first floor has two bedrooms, bathroom with washing machine, big living room and a well equipped kitchen with dish washer, freezer and a large dinner table. In front of the kitchen, there is a lovely spacious balcony. The apartment has a powerful central air-conditioner.

Apartment Ozana-2 is on the second floor. It has three bedrooms kitchen and two bathrooms.
At the front towards the water there is a very big balcony at the the side there is a small balcony for one of the bedrooms.

The owner lives in the house at the group floor. Washing machine is available.

All utilities, final cleaning and all linen and towels are included in the rental price.
